What we collect

• Inquiries: your name, email or phone, and message. We send them to the landlord or broker for that space.
• Listing forms: your name, email, phone, role and the space details you send.
• Alert accounts: your email, a hashed password and the filters you pick (towns, size, rent, use, lease type).
• Landlord logins: email, name and a hashed password.
• Landlord contact details: a landlord's leasing phone and email are not published. If the landlord turns it on, we show them only to signed-in alert-account holders with a confirmed email, and count how many times they were shown (no names). Everyone else can use the message form.
• Page visits: we count page visits without cookies or third-party analytics, and only store anonymous daily counts.
• Basic logs: your IP address, to limit spam and repeated login attempts. Our copy clears within 15 minutes; our host may keep standard server logs.

Cookies

One sign-in cookie, only if you log in (landlords and alert accounts each have their own). No advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics.

How we use it

To answer you, pass your inquiry to the right contact, send alerts you asked for, and keep listings accurate. We don't sell or rent personal information.

We keep a history of each listing (asking rent, size, lease type and when it was listed, changed or leased) for aggregated market stats. Stats never name a landlord or tenant, and any final lease terms you share stay private.

Who else sees it

• The landlord or broker you contact.
• Our hosting and email providers, only to run the site and deliver mail.
• OpenStreetMap serves the map images, so your browser contacts it when you view a map.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick spam check on our forms, so your browser contacts Cloudflare when you send one.

Emails

Alerts start only after you confirm your email. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe, no login needed. You can pause, change or delete alerts, or delete your account, from your account page.

Your choices

Email hello@lakewoodofficespace.com to see, correct or delete your information. We'll confirm when it's done.

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
