A directory, not a broker
We list commercial space in Ocean County, NJ. We don't represent landlords or tenants, negotiate leases, or take commissions. Deals are between you and the landlord or broker.
Listings can be wrong
Rent, size and availability change. Confirm everything with the contact before you rely on it.
If you list a space
You confirm you may offer it and that what you send is accurate. You let us show it, and its photos, on this site. You need a free landlord account to list. A new listing goes live after you confirm your email and set a password, or right away if you send it while logged in. Changes you save in your dashboard go live when you save them. Listings that are never finished expire after 7 days and are not published. We may edit or remove any listing. We'll email you every 30 days to confirm the space is still available. Unconfirmed listings come down after 5 days.
Fair use
Don't send spam, false inquiries or listings, or try to break into accounts. Don't scrape the site; use the listings JSON instead.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or from any listing.
